What's included in a Zenpure bond clean?
Every bond clean follows the agency-style exit checklist used by QLD property managers — kitchen (including oven and fridge interiors), bathrooms, bedrooms, interior windows and tracks, and a final walk-through. Do I need a professional bond clean, or can I DIY?
You can clean the property yourself if you have time and it has been lightly lived in. A professional clean is the better fit when the timeline is tight, the home is large or heavily used, or you'd rather work to a documented checklist. We don't promise a bond refund — that decision sits with the manager or owner and the Queensland Residential Tenancies Authority (see rta.qld.gov.au). How much does bond cleaning cost in Brisbane, Sunshine Coast or Gold Coast?
Quotes are based on home size and the hours we expect the checklist to take — the size bands are on this page. Get a flat-rate quote online, or read how pricing works in the Help Centre. We don't publish a single city price because every property is different.
Do I need carpet cleaning for a bond inspection?
A standard bond clean includes vacuuming all floors. Specialist carpet treatment (steam cleaning, stain or odour work) is an optional extra — flag it when you request a quote if your agency or lease expects it. Extras and exclusions are listed on the bond cleaning checklist.
When should I book a bond clean?
Usually one to two days before the final inspection, after furniture is out, so the team isn't working around belongings. Tell us the inspection date when you book. Bond jobs typically need at least 24 hours' notice — see booking FAQs.
Is a bond clean the same as a deep clean?
No. A deep clean is a seasonal reset while you still live in the home. Bond cleaning is an empty-property handover to an agency checklist (oven, fridge, window tracks, wardrobe interiors). What do agents commonly flag at exit?

What happens after handover — do you get my bond back?
We work the checklist and can return for missed items on it. We don't guarantee a bond refund. After the clean: return keys as instructed, complete your exit condition report, and follow the official bond-refund steps with the Queensland Residential Tenancies Authority at rta.qld.gov.au.
