What to expect

Steady work,
familiar faces.

As a regular cleaner you'll service the same homes each week, so the clients come to see you as a trusted member of their household. Steady income, steady routine, and the freedom to organise your schedule the way that works for you.

After your first cleans alongside a team leader, you'll be running visits solo — with your area manager just a call or text away whenever you need them. We pay on time, offer performance bonuses on top of your hourly rate, and keep your work close to where you live.

We send you an interactive document with role info and the first round of training. Read through it at your own pace.

A 15-minute call so we can get to know each other, answer your questions and confirm when you can start.

First cleans with a team leader

Your first visits are paired with one of our team leaders — they show you how we work and answer questions on the spot.

Go solo

Once you're comfortable, you take on your own roster of regular clients. Your area manager stays just a text or call away.

Still have questions?

Do I need previous cleaning experience?+
No, we provide paid on-the-job training. What we look for is reliability, attention to detail and a friendly attitude — if you've got those, we'll teach you the rest.
Do I need my own car?+
Yes — reliable transport is essential because you'll travel between several homes per day. We pay you for travel time between jobs and offer a per-kilometre allowance.
Do I work alone or in a team?+
After your first few visits paired with a team leader, you run most cleans solo. Your area manager stays a call or text away whenever you need them.
How does pay work?+
You send us a weekly invoice to team@zenpure.com.au — we share an editable invoice template so it's quick to fill in. We pay every week, on time. Above-award rate plus performance bonuses for great work and reliability.
Will I have the same clients each week?+
Yes, wherever possible. Most of our clients book weekly or fortnightly and we keep the same cleaner with each home so you can build real relationships.
How long from application to first shift?+
Most successful applicants are doing their first paid induction within a week of applying — sometimes faster if you're available straight away.
What areas are you hiring in?+
Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast and the Gold Coast. We hire close to where you live so your first jobs are within a short drive.
Do I have to work weekends or evenings?+
Most cleans are weekdays between 8am and 5pm — we sometimes have Saturday work too, but never evenings. You set your availability in the app, and any day you mark as unavailable won't get jobs assigned. So if you don't want weekends, you don't get weekends.
